IMHO, *participates in rallies* is a poor proxy for *is biased*. If NPR wants to avoid the appearance of ideological bias, it needs to hire a staff with more viewpoint diversity rather than force a staff far less ideologically diverse than the country to hide its actual beliefs. — PolitiTweet.org
