@normative @LastCasey As with the speech codes of old, it's very hard to craft a bill careful enough to avoid constraining too much speech that's also broad enough to do anything useful, and IMHO lots of these bills fail in one direction or another, though I am sympathetic to bans on forced acceptance — PolitiTweet.org
