@webdevMason @FreeBlckThought Especially since it prohibits *promoting* that view but not *airing* or *teaching about* it. I say that as someone who still worries about, e.g. frivolous lawsuits and bad enforcement and chilling effects, but that seems to clearly pass Constitutional muster — PolitiTweet.org
