@beyerstein @mattyglesias I'm not sure what "full-fledged cop" means? But I have read the report and there was no presumptive crime. They just train janitors and housekeepers and the like to error on the side of calling stuff in rather than confronting anyone themselves, as they are not trained to do so — PolitiTweet.org
