@BlanksSlate @jbouie @willwilkinson My threshold is about *speech outside work*, not *workplace speech to coworkers*. As a manager I'd fire people for all sorts of things they say on Twitter to strangers if they turned to a co-worker in a work meeting and said it. — PolitiTweet.org
