@SumitaPahwa @DLind Yes, that's absolutely right, the impact of discrete act standard is incomplete, and I don't think it's the right standard for that reason--I think we want a holistic assessment standard, which may be what we are actually getting, but isn't what they claim to be giving us — PolitiTweet.org
