@EricMGarcia Much as state level gay marriage jurisprudence expanded rather than shrank gay rights in the DOMA era. As well, my understanding is that if Title IX is interpreted the other way, that would compel self-ID as the standard in all sports, but I'm not positive about that — PolitiTweet.org
