@ErinSatie You're right because I do understand that. What I don't understand is how the insight you're flagging ought to inform Bernie's specific proposals by the lights of those authors, given that something like Medicare for All does not conform to the analogy you used — PolitiTweet.org

@ErinSatie I'm not sure. If the cause of the higher rate is disproportionate lack of access to prenatal care then seems like it would. One can imagine causes where it wouldn't. I don't know what the causes are. More generally, a perfectly good answer to my original question is, — PolitiTweet.org
