@JonWalkerDC What is confusing here? The US Constitution does not predicate individual US citizenship on one’s geography. Decolonization is a separate process of self-determination. If you’re a US citizen, you should have the right to vote. That’s not “new” citizenship, that’s citizenship. — PolitiTweet.org
