I think there are perfectly fair critiques of ranked choice voting. But a lot of stuff I'm seeing isn't holding (e.g. it caused low turnout. Turnout was very high... OR, that the delay in knowing a winner is RCV's fault. No the issue is the way the NYC BoE is doing things.) — PolitiTweet.org
