@amyewalter @politico_steve I'm fairly confident it will snow in NYC. Steve may have a better feel on DC, but i think it will snow at least a little there. The ? w/ this type of system is whether system gets organized fast enough for big totals. Often DC can mostly miss out. — PolitiTweet.org
