@GoldTelegraph_ This is a Canadian banking problem. I have been told that 30 year fixed mortgages are rare in Canada. Most people have 5 year ARMs and are thru as high risk of their payments going thru the roof if they are forced to refinance at the wrong point in the cycle. — PolitiTweet.org
