One thing I would add to @cam_joseph excellent piece. Reporters of color experienced the Jan. 6 attack differently. A colleague told me he would have just thrown on an old shirt and tried to blend in. But it quickly dawned on me that I didn’t have the option of blending in — PolitiTweet.org
