Mueller almost certainly would not indict Trump for crimes. He may very well also have decided to refer others within any conspiracy, whether collusion or other crimes to the SDNY or another venue. That does not mean the report won't express what Mueller found on Trump. — PolitiTweet.org

Mueller's task was to find whether the Trump campaign conspired w/ Russia. It wasn't to find if they conspired with other nations, ie, Saudis, Qatar, UAE, Etc. It wasn't campaign finance violations, lying under oath, or anything else. Those who Mueller indicted were strategic. — PolitiTweet.org
