On the bus ride home, Evans was ordered by the bus driver to give up her seat to a white Marine, and she adamantly refused. The bus driver then moved all the other passengers to a different bus and Evans was subsequently jailed for 13 hours and fined $25 for disorderly conduct. — PolitiTweet.org
