That's the point--it depends on how you decide to count. Do you count the time Starr investigated Whitewater or just Lewinsky? Do you count the time Mueller investigated? Do you count only the time that lawmakers had the issue before them? Or from the time inquiry is authorized? — PolitiTweet.org

@brithume Sure that's one good argument. Another would be to count the time that lawmakers themselves (not a special prosecutor or grand jury) actually have to study and debate the issue. Because these two came up in different ways, it's not an exact comparison, which is my only point. — PolitiTweet.org
