I warned about the draft rule in WSJ in July, but the final rule is even worse. The draft rule required *disclosure* of the use of ESG to investors, but the final version eliminates the disclosure requirement because it would have a “chilling effect” on the use of ESG. Disgusting — PolitiTweet.org
