Something has to go up. It can be the sets/reps, it can be the weight, but something has to progress. So if you bench press 45 pounds for 5 sets of 10 reps, next week you have three options: 50 pounds for 5 sets of 10, 6 sets of 10 or 5 sets of 11 reps. That’s progress. — PolitiTweet.org
