If they disband this unit, they need to replace it with something else. They haven’t said what. NYPD disbanded their street crimes unit under DeBlasio and violent crime and disorder skyrocketed. Same will happen in Memphis. Maybe they should have tried more effective supervision. — PolitiTweet.org
