@billkellytexas @cindy8000 If you want to lower local property taxes, the State needs to fix school financing. Since 1989, the State is assuming less of the costs of schools and shifting it to local school districts. In ‘89, State’s share was 60% and now it is under 40%. — PolitiTweet.org
