I have spoken w/ “regret buyers”, those who waved inspections + found expensive problems a few months on & “lifestyle regret buyers”, after a few months, they don’t like their new area. Normally, buyers do a lot of due diligence before buying. 1 analyst calls this *panic buying*. — PolitiTweet.org
