I've proposed cutting taxes on cars, capping the mill rate at 29. This means if you own a used Honda in Naugatuck (45 mills) valued at $20K, you paid $900 last year. When you get your bill this summer, it will be $580. This won't impact town's budgets as we're reimbursing them. — PolitiTweet.org
