UPDATE: Per @VaDOT, all vehicles have been removed from I-95 and the interstate will reopen shortly. BUT it is now below freezing, and travel conditions remain hazardous through Stafford, Spotslyvania, and Caroline counties. Continue to avoid travel unless absolutely necessary. — PolitiTweet.org
