@PhotoTopper Indy and Bloomington, too. I went to a concert at IU a few weeks ago, on a Sunday, and they are everywhere on and near the campus. They zip in and out of traffic. Nobody wears helmets. Seen them all over Nashville also. — PolitiTweet.org
