I was able to listen to the news and doze off during the half hour exam. The MRI found what we had expected. The mass made up nearly 9cm of the breast which is nearly 4 inches. The only option was a mastectomy of my left breast. No lumpectomy, no Harvard fellowship. — PolitiTweet.org

I set the alarm on my phone & ended up making 3 calls to get it moved up to less than a week. I am a little fearful of MRI’s so Dr. Hazard offered some valium which I took. Since the MRI was conducted on my stomach it did not feel as confining. — PolitiTweet.org
