@Jenniferhsu12 If someone has already returned a mail ballot, they are already checked off on the voter list and won't be allowed to vote in person. Once a mail ballot is accepted, it is logged into our voter database, and an X is pre-filled in the box next to their name on the list. — PolitiTweet.org
